INSURANCE AND WAIVER
PARTICIPANTS
We always encourage everyone to please be insured, or ask us how we can add you to the coverage for an additional fee.
We require everyone to sign a waiver in case insurance is not valid in which case the waiver will be implemented. We do require insurance to participate, any fake insurance documents will result in a permanent ban on the coach.
Participating Teams will be required to submit all documents and payment as early as 1 week before the tournament. This is to allow us to send out scheduling early to allow some time for changes. If Necessary.

-Roster -Proof of Insurance
-Birth Certificate -Waiver
TRAVEL AND LODGING
If you are travelling from a location far from our tournament keep note we DO NOT pay for any travel fees or lodging, please prepare for any of these costs.
